Footox Pakistan, offer returns and replacements only within Pakistan. All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

To qualify for a return or replacement:

* The item must be in the same condition as delivered. unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
* Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
* Returns or replacements are only accepted for verified issues such as:

  * Incorrect items delivered
  * Damaged items
  * Defective products

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share instructions on how and where to send the item.

Please Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

* The item is damaged or defective
* You received the wrong product

Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please complete the return process for the original order first. Once approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved and verified problematic orders after inspection.

* Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method.
* Please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.
